CADEVER PREPRATION AND DISSECTION CLASSES FOR BATCH 2020
On 18th January 2022, dept. of Rachana Sharir at Shivalik institutes of Ayurved & Research Preserved a Female Dead Body.
During this Procedure “faculty of Rachana Sharir Department”, “Non- teaching staff of the Department” and the students of BAMS 1st year (batch-2020) were present.
First of all the faculty and students pray for the holy soul. The faculty also thanked to the family who donate this body for demonstration purposes.
Then the cadaver was cleaned properly after that the preservative (embalming fluid) was injected in the body through manual pump pressure procedure and also through gravitational procedure.
The whole preservation process was done through authentic method and the body was perfectly preserved.
Students of 1st year gave their active participation in whole procedure and also learned the technique of embalming step by step.
The cadaver takes 8-10 days to be fixed after that the dissection classes start by following all the ethics of dissection hall.
