As a Part of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” SHIVALIK INSTITUTE OF AYURVED & RESEARCH Conducted an Awareness Programme.With The theme“Disease prevention and health Promotion” through Ayurveda on 26/10/2021.at S.S.C ATAL UTKRISHT GOVERNMENT INTER COLLEGE SELAQUE.

This programme attended by 50 students with their active participation.

As per on the behalf of theme, an the Teaching Faculty Dr Anjali Pant Assistant Professor Deprtment of Swasthvritta delivered speech regarding importance of the Ritucharya, Dincharya, Aharavidhi, and Nindra in the present Life Style it was followed by demonstration of some of the leasable Asanas and Pranayanma which may be helpful for improving physical, psychological and social health of the students with their active participation.
Over all the programme was successful in covering its theme and making the listeners aware about the ayurveda in maintaining health.
