*Public Awareness Lecture on wellness at school*
In celebration of 9th Ayurveda day, the Shivalik Institute of Ayurveda and Research conducted a Public Awareness Lecture on wellness at school of Village Rajawala, Dehradun. Basic hygiene practices like hand washing technique and daily routine grooming was explained with demonstration to school going children of village Rajawala, Dehradun.
