BATCH 2018

On 25 January 2022 an educational tour of Anchal dairy plant

(At Sahastradhara crossing) conducted by the Swasthavrita dept.of S.I.A.R

This tour was co-ordinated by Dr. Anjali pant (Asst.Prof. Dept.of Swasthvritta) and Two other Non-teaching Staff of S.I.A.R

24 student from the 2018 bath was attended this educational visit.

In this visit student learn the processing of different dairy product like milk, curd, cheese etc. Student also got experience of the processing of Pasteurization, homogenization and different important techniques.
