The Department of Rog Nidan Evum Vikriti Vigyan at Shivalik Institute of Ayurved and Research organized an educational tour to the DNA Lab – CRIS (Centre for Research and Innovative Studies) for the 2022 Batch on 22nd April 2025. The tour was coordinated by Dr. Akanksha Chauhan (Assistant Professor, Department of Rog Nidan), Dr. Deepika Gusain (Assistant Professor, Department of Rog Nidan)
During the visit, the DNA lab team demonstrated fundamental procedures such as sample collection, DNA extraction and separation, and the application of various instruments like the Hematology Autoanalyzer, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis apparatus, and tools used in Recombinant DNA Technology.
