Under the celebration of “AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV” Shivalik Institute Of Ayurved& Research Organized a health awareness program at Government Higher Secondary School Mehuwala, khalsa, Vikashnagar Dehradun on 21-12-2020.

In the program Dr. Shalini Uniyal, Associate Professor Dept. of Swasthvritta, Dr. Anjali Pant Assistant Professor Dept. of Swasthvritta from Shivalik Institute of Ayurved & Research gave speech on healthy life style and role of Ayurveda in present health care system. Students and School faculty attended the program and enhance their knowledge about life style, health and Ayurveda.
