World Hypertension Day
On the occasion of World Hypertension Day, a free health and blood pressure screening camp was organized at Rajawala Panchayat Ghar by Shivalik Hospital (Unit of Shivalik institute of Ayurved & Research).
The camp aimed to encourage healthy lifestyle practices and promote early detection and prevention of hypertension-related complications.
During the camp, blood pressure measurement, weight check-up, and general health examinations were conducted for the patients. Health professionals also provided guidance regarding a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress management, avoidance of tobacco and smoking, and the importance of routine health monitoring.
People from the community participated enthusiastically in the camp and received medication and health advice.
