WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY
On the occasion of World Environment Day on 5th of June 2022, an event was organised by Shivalik Institute of Ayurved & Research, Dehradun. Plantation of many different species included the creation of Navagraha Vatika. Navagraha Vatika was inaugurated by Dr. Simran (Principal) and Dr. Satendra Kumar (Director) in the presence of faculty members and students. Jamun, Ashoka, Arjuna, Amaltas, Peepal, Gulmohar,Shami, Harad, Amalaki etc. planted by the students and were made aware about the importance of plantation in present scenario. Total no. of 120 Members have participated in the program.
