*Plant Distribution & Promoting Women’s Entrepreneurs*
In celebration of the 9th Ayurveda Day, the Shivalik Institute of Ayurveda and Research organized a plantation drive and promoted women entrepreneurs at Village Rajawala, Dehradun. Medicinal plants such as Amalaki, Kanchanar, and Jamun were distributed to the community.
The event encouraged village women to explore new start-up ideas, including the cultivation of various medicinal plants and the handling and processing of raw materials like orange peels, rose petals, and Jamun seeds for the preparation of various medicines.
